Reporting a Calculation Error
If you believe a rate, formula, or result is incorrect, please email us with the calculator name, the inputs you used, the result you got, and what you expected to see. We take accuracy seriously and investigate every report. If you can link to the official CRA or government source showing the correct figure, that helps a lot.
Suggesting a New Calculator
We're always adding new calculators. If there's a Canadian financial calculation you need that we don't have yet — a specific tax credit, a provincial benefit, a pension estimate, or anything else — let us know. We prioritize requests that are genuinely Canada-specific and hard to find elsewhere.
General Questions
If you have a question about how a calculator works, what a specific input means, or how a Canadian financial rule applies to your situation, feel free to ask. We can explain the methodology behind our calculators. Please note that we are not licensed financial advisors and cannot provide personalized financial advice.

Response Times
We aim to respond to all emails within 1–3 business days. During periods of high volume (particularly around tax season, January TFSA room updates, and federal budget announcements), response times may be slightly longer. Calculation error reports are always prioritized.
